This is a complete rehab project to be transformed into a commercial duplex like setting. It involved entire gutting of the lower level then conversion into both a hair salon and barber shop. New handicapped restrooms were added as well as a modern break room area. The apartments above were updated additionally to round out the multi-use structure. We added a handicapped accessible ramp and rail from the new parking up to the main commercial first floor level. We accommodated the code for the new lower level business with fire separation from the new residential quarters above.
