Groundbreaking was held last week for the future 1st National Bank Building in Smithton, IL. The bank will house loan officers, interior teller line, as well as one drive thru lane. Building footprint is 2,073 gross square feet, and is located 1/2 mile south of 4 way light at the intersection of route 159 and Douglas Road. The General Contractor of the project is D&F Constructors.
