This new 2,400 square foot office addition for the Professional Metal Works Company has a deep ribbed metal siding exterior, and cable hung metal canopies above the windows and doors. The existing building is a massive metal works shop for welding, cutting, and assembling various steel shapes for projects across the region. The office prior to this addition was within this 25,000 square footprint. The series of photos shows the actual completed building with a comparison of the 3D model and rendering we did for the client, prior to construction. We also show the before and after in the photos of the warehouse, and its complementary 3D model. The interior is an open center office area concept with exposed structure accenting the light fixtures and exposed duct work.
