This new custom designed two-story home was built in a high end subdivision in Columbia, IL. This is a beautiful 3,500 square feet house with 12 rooms, including a three car garage, an oversized patio off the dining room, and an elaborate three story staircase feature which starts in the finished basement and extends to the second floor with window features at each level.

During the design and drawing process we referred to this project as the "Home Alone" house”, as the owners wanted to emulate that famous design from the actual movie.
