This 85 year old arts and crafts type home is the owners current residence. Their wishes are to re-build this exact same home with brand new construction on a larger tract of land in a neighboring city. The 3D model shows our capability of emulating the prior design. The two story house is over 2,400 square feet. On the new version we added an attached garage and covered patio area off dining room with vaulted curved trusses and stone fireplace.
